Orchid Universe Privacy Policy

Orchid Uniform Retail Sales, LLC, doing business as Orchid Uniforms & Apparel (“Orchid”), respects the privacy of the information used within Orchid Universe.

Orchid Universe is an internal business application used by authorized Orchid personnel to manage uniform orders, customer spreadsheets, product information, quotes, purchase orders, labels, reports, and related business records.

The application may process business information such as customer names, employee names, order details, product selections, pricing, contact information, and files imported by authorized users. This information is used only to operate Orchid’s business workflow and provide requested services.

If a user chooses to connect QuickBooks Online, Orchid Universe accesses QuickBooks information only after the account owner authorizes the connection through Intuit. QuickBooks connection credentials and tokens are stored securely on the authorized computer. Access is limited to the permissions approved by the account owner.

Orchid does not sell personal information. Information is not shared with outside parties except when necessary to provide an authorized service, such as connecting to QuickBooks Online through Intuit, or when required by law.

Orchid takes reasonable steps to protect business information. Users are responsible for keeping their authorized computer and login credentials secure.
